To get started, you can explore your iPad and discover all the features and tools we’ve designed to enhance your experience.
Step 1
. Go to the iPad settings. To do so, click on the following icon

Step 2. Configure your Wi-Fi access.
- Turn Wi-Fi 'On'
- Choose a network.
- Enter the password for the network you selected
You new iPad has no Apple ID configured, as the device belongs to you. We deliberately allow you to use an existing Apple ID or Create a new one that you will manage. Note that once you connect the device to your Apple Account we don't have any visibility nor control over the account used. If you lose your password, you will have to perform a password reset on your own using the backup email or phone number used to create the account.
This step is completely optional. If you don't plan to install third-party app from the App Store you can skip this step.
- In the settings, select 'Sign in' on the top left
- Enter your email or phone number associated with your Apple Account
- Don't have an Account? Click on the Button on the bottom right of your screen 'Don't Have an Account?'
- In both cases, follow the indication on screen. You will receive a code on your existing apple device or a phone call to complete your registration
Step 4. Go back to Home screen and discover the pre-installed application.
